Family Lunch Monitor Duty

We will continue the system of having school families as monitors and recess supervisors for students in kindergarten through eighth grade, during the lunch and recess part of the school day. Families have two choices—either to serve in the capacity of lunch monitor or pay a $75.00 fee. If you choose to serve as a lunch monitor, then one adult from each family must be available to monitor the lunch hour at school, 11:05-12:00 PM (lunch as well as recess) for one week during the school year. If a situation arises in which the assigned family cannot monitor on a particular day, they MUST obtain a substitute parent AND notify the school in the morning with the name of the substitute. Failure to report or obtain a substitute for lunch duty during the assigned week will result in an automatic assessment of the entire Family Lunch Fee of $75.00.

Please fill out the bottom of this form and return it with your tuition contract during registration. If you have chosen not to participate the $75.00 fee will be added to your tuition fees.
