Text Box: Santa Maria del Popolo School 5th GRADE SUPPLY LIST 2008 - 2009 All students are to purchase and bring the following items on Meet Your Teacher night or on the first day of school: 6 2 pocket folders that fit in a 3-ring binder 1 2” 3-Ring Binder 1 1 ˝” 3-Ring binder 1 pkg. dividers 3 pkgs. Index cards and holder 1 computer flash drive 4 packages white loose-leaf notebook paper - WIDE RULED 6 WIDE RULED spiral notebooks – no perforated pages 1 spiral notebook—WIDE RULED (for P.E. class) 1 12” ruler 1 box 8 Crayola markers (Classic Colors) 1 box 12 Crayola colored pencils 6 Erasermate black or blue pens - (will need to be replaced throughout the year) 2 red pens -(will need to be replaced throughout the year) 12 #2 pencils -(will need to be replaced throughout the year) 2 highlighters – 2 different colors 1 black Sharpie permanent marker 2 black dry - erase markers 1 protractor 1 (non-metal) compass 1 4 oz. bottle of glue 1 pair of scissors 2 large glue sticks 2 rolls of paper towel 2 boxes 200 count facial tissue 1 pkg. 250 count paper napkins 2 containers of Clorox (or generic brand) disinfecting wipes-bleach free STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO HAVE PROPER MATERIALS AT ALL TIMES To insure uniformity, $23.00 is due the first day of school to cover the cost of the following items purchased for each fifth grader: 2 assignment notebooks misc. art/science materials Weekly Reader Magazine 1 pencil bag 2 reams of copy paper Each 5th grade student must also bring $20.00 to cover the cost of a Spanish book that he/she will use from 5th through 8th grade.
