Education: MS Geosciences—University of Notre Dame Bachelor of Science, Education — DeLourdes College Studied at NASA Langley Agriculture for Educators at University of Illinois Teaching Experience: Mrs. Powers is beginning her 12th year teaching at Santa Maria and has taught a total of 20 years for the Archdiocese of Chicago schools. Awards: UND Excellence in Education Award, 2003. Interesting Facts: Both of my children are Santa Maria del Popolo graduates.
