Education: Masters in Education (M.Ed)- National - Louis University, Evanston Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) - Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago Teaching Experience: Mrs. Grom is starting her thirty-sixth year at Santa Maria Philosophy: I believe that each of my students is an individual within my class and, therefore deserves to be treated with respect. I strive to foster an atmosphere of mutual respect and a cooperative spirit within my classroom. In addition, I seek to deal with each student fairly and consistently. |
